Qffj-0.66 all-directional anti-theft electricity charge control and measurement protection device is suitable for ac 50Hz, 0.66kv three-phase power system to do cost control and measurement. The system is composed of electrical control and switch control. Switch control consists of low-voltage vacuum load switch, electrical control consists of multi-function electricity meter and low-voltage control circuit, anti-theft control circuit. Its overall appearance is compact and easy to install. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, preventing electricity theft, good cost control effect and load control.

2. Ambient temperature: 20C--+ 50c

3. Insulation test shall be conducted before installation of the product, and its power frequency withstand voltage shall be 90% of the factory power frequency test voltage.

4. Check the appearance of bolt loosening and porcelain sleeve damage caused by transportation.

5. Verify the accuracy of electricity meters and mutual inductors.

6. Install a lightning arrester near the P1 end of the power metering box to prevent overvoltage.

Installation instructions

During installation, first remove the backboard (backbox board), fix the box on the transformer, connect the two sides of the handle and the lifting ring of the transformer with the fixed connecting rod, and connect the a. b. c. and phase-in line. Insert back into the backboard and secure the back cover against theft. Secure the bolt against theft. Install the meter. And the attachment.

结构简介

      1、本型产品由箱体，防盗后盖及箱体内低压真空负荷开关和电流互感器及电表和控制电路等构成。防盗后盖，盖在变压器二次出线上，保护二次出线并起到二次线防盗作用，防盗后盖与箱体用弹簧插销相连，只能从前面打开。电表箱后板为活动式，方便;安装与检修。箱体内装有费控电表及开关控制电路、防盗控制电路,具有防雨、防盗等特点，与负控配合可实现遥控、遥测等功能。

      2、本产品配有智能防窃电模块，可实现有电与无电状态防窃电，只要未经许可打开表箱，系统自动断电，不能恢复，只有经有关部门处理后方可送电。

      3、本产结构紧凑，具有安装方便，结构设计简单，施工便利的特点。利于费控计量箱在用户中的推广。
