Cost control and electricity theft prevention metering cabinet wiring mode

The wiring mode of the metering cabinet with cost control and electricity theft prevention is one of the requirements of its metering circuit. It is connected to the electricity meter by two grounding devices at the secondary side end of the current and voltage transformer through the test box first.

1. Electricity meters and other equipment should be connected to their own special secondary windings.

2. There shall be no connection in the middle of the metering secondary circuit wire, including the connection wire between movable parts and fixed parts.

3. The secondary side of the voltage transformer is not equipped with fuses or auxiliary contacts that are not connected with disconnecting switches in series. The metering secondary circuit should not be used as a power supply for auxiliary units.

4. The secondary circuit adopts copper single-core insulated wire. Conductor area current is not less than 4mm2, voltage is not less than 2.5mm2, secondary conductor skin color: A phase yellow, B phase green, C phase red, zero line light blue, ground wire yellow green dual color.

The metering cabinet should ensure that the actual load current in normal operation is not less than 30%, and at least 25% in special cases.
