The conversion ratio of combination transformer for preventing electric theft

2019-07-09
second

The transformer ratio of the combination transformer for preventing electric theft shall be selected according to the calculation current IC of primary load, which can be roughly divided into the following contents:

1. The rated current standard ratio of the primary side of the current transformer (such as 20, 30, 40, 50, 75, 100, 150, 2×a/C) and other specifications. The rated current of the secondary side is usually 1A or 5A;

2, 2×a/C means that the same product has two current ratios, which can be realized by changing the connection mode of the product connector. When connected in series, the current ratio is a/C, and when connected in parallel, the current ratio is 2×a/C.

3. Under normal circumstances, the transformer transformer transformer ratio for metering should be selected so that its primary rated current I1n is not less than the load current in the line (i.e., IC);

4. The calculated load current in the circuit is 350A, so the converter ratio of the current transformer should be 400/5.

The main purpose of the current transformer used in the protection of combined transformer against electric theft is to ensure the accuracy requirement, and the transformer can be selected larger than the original one.
